    • Airport transportation is not covered outside of the 10/7 and 10/11 program dates.
    • Flight upgrades, personal car rentals, baggage, and airport transportation to home airports are also not reimbursable.
  • Incidentals: Incidentals, including porterage and gratuity, are your responsibility. $15 porterage roundtrip and $5/day housekeeping gratuity will be posted to your room to be paid upon checkout. Guests will not be asked to present a credit card for incidentals or authorizations, until check out.
  • Excursions: Any activities you sign up for through Medovent will be deducted via Payroll Deduction. Post trip, you will receive a list ​of charges you are responsible for, and once you’ve reviewed and approved, Payroll will process the deduction.

    – Cadillac Ride & Drive Experience – Reserve with Concierge for same-day bookings, first come first serve. 4-hour time limit, and Big Sky town limit. Escalades hold 7 people.

  • NATIONAL CAR RENTALS:
    – We have 4 rental cars for our group. After Medovent organized excursions are scheduled, any remining rentals will be available for you to check out. This will be on a first-come, first serve basis, and MUST go through Renee.

    • Expectations:

      • Pick-up & return times must be honored.

      • Fill the tank (or leave it as you found it).

    • Sharing is encouraged — if you’re going somewhere, invite others 🙂

  • You are welcome to book your own rental at your expense (plus $45 daily resort parking). Please notify Renee if this is your decision.

  • ARRIVALS: Upon arrival at BZN, follow the signs to baggage claim.
  • Mini Coach: Once you descend the escalator, you will see our coach staff (Snow Country) with a sign for Medovent Solutions PATH. Check in with them, and then head to the baggage carousel to get your luggage. Head back to Snow Country staff for assistance and direction to the coach.
  • Car Rental: Once you descend the escalator, you will follow signs for baggage claim. From there, simply follow the signs for Rental Cars, which will lead you up an elevator to the second floor.

    A privately guided bike adventure is a great way to get out into Montana’s picturesque spaces, at your own designated pace. Choose from electric or analog mountain bikes, as you explore the Spanish Peaks trail system, or enjoy a road tour through town center. There are a variety of world class trails to enjoy, heading straight-out from the resort, and catering to all skill levels. Includes: Mountain bike guide equipped with bear spay/first-aid, bike, helmet & hydration. There is a max of 5 riders per guide/group. One group per bike type.

Below are the excursion opportunities available through Medovent. All details have been updated as of 10/2.

Yellowstone Tour
Date & Time: Wednesday, October 8th, 7am – 3:30pm
   Meet: 6:45am at Montage lobby
    Depart: 7am sharp
    Return to Montage: 3:30pm
Transportation: Sprinter Van
Location: Yellowstone National Park, West Entrance
Details: During our full-day tour, we can see all three major geyser basins, including Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic and Fountain Paint Pots, plus, we’ll have opportunities for several short walks and wildlife viewing. The itineraries include a picnic lunch, and are very flexible. The flow of the day may vary depending on wildlife activity, visitor traffic and construction. Our guides will make a final plan for the day that ensures our best overall experience. With a group of 14, we will ALL be on the same sprinter van.

Fly Fishing
Date & Time: Friday, October 10th, 10am – 2pm
   Meet: 9:15am at Montage lobby
    Depart: 9:30am sharp
    Return to Montage: 2:30pm – 3pm
Transportation: 3 car rentals
Location: Gallatin River
Details: This Half Day Walk Wade activity begins at the fly shop where you’ll get geared up with your waders and boots. Groups consist of two guests and their own guide. Your guide will drive to your own fishing spot on the Gallatin River, where you will begin your fly fishing adventure. Thorough hands-on instruction will be given as needed, so this activity is open to all skill levels. The mornings will be cold, and the water will be in the 40-50 degree range.

What’s Included & What to Bring
  • Inclusions: Guide, rods, reels, waders, boots, flies, leaders, water/coolers, transportation, baseline gratuity, tax
  • Exclusions: Montana Fishing License (required), snacks, additional gratuity (optional)
  • What to bring: Reusable bottle, layers, sweatpants or hiking pants to wear under waders, warm thick socks, rain jacket, daypack. I have also attached a packing list provided by the outfitters, for your reference.

Details: Jake’s Horses is known in Big Sky to have the most experienced quality guides, and exclusive access to the best trails in the area. The scenery for these trails will be forest and mountains, with trails alongside the river.

Axe Throwing

Details: Take Montage’s private complimentary intro to Axe Throwing course, where guides will help you practice your archery skills while aiming at a variety of targets set at the lawn in the Resort’s backyard.​

Ousel Falls Hike

Location: Ousel Falls
Details:  Ousel Falls is a 1.7 mile stunning hike in the heart of Big Sky. This hike is easy and primarily in the woods with a clean path. When we arrive at the waterfalls, our wellness instructor will guide us (those that signed up for the wellness portion) through a 30-minute session in nature. If you did not opt in for the wellness portion, you are free to explore the falls on your own or with our nature guide.

  • Inclusions: Adventure guide, wellness guide, bear spray, first-aid, snacks, water, transportation, baseline gratuity, tax

Hot Springs
Date & Time: Thursday, October 9th, 4pm – 10pm
   Meet: 3:45pm at Montage lobby
    Depart: 4pm sharp
    Return to Montage: 10pm – 10:30pm
Transportation: Coach
Location: Bozeman
Details: Bozeman Hot Springs features 12 indoor and outdoor pools ranging from 57-106 degrees. Each are completely natural springs that are drained and cleaned nightly. Our passes will also include access to the dry and wet saunas, and changing rooms. There is a small cafe onsite for light food, however, there is no alcohol permitted. However, we will have beverages on our coach during the ride, and we will stop at Sidewinders, a restaurant in Bozeman. The coach will remain onsite, so you can access your personal belongings and our coolers to refill. Live music by Ryan LittleEagle from 7pm – 10pm.
 
Keep in mind, it will be very cold outside of the pools. We are showing a high of 59, and low of 28 as of today. There is plenty of space for you to gather out of the pools, so don’t think you need to use the pools! While we will have two fire pits reserved for our group, do bring a warm change of clothes to change into after the pool so you can enjoy the fireside and live music.

  • Inclusions: Transportation with gratuity, entry for the Hot Springs and reserved space for the group
  • Exclusions: Food and beverage cost for dinner and the springs
  • What to bring: Empty reusable bottle to fill and bring into the springs, bathing suit, change of clothes, and cold weather gear for outdoors.
