At Medovent Solutions, we believe better data leads to better health outcomes, and that begins with stronger communities. Earlier this month, our team had the opportunity to put that belief into action by participating in the Data for Better Health® Impact Season during AHIMA25 in Minneapolis.
As part of the Impact Season kickoff, AHIMA partnered with US Hunger to host a food packing event that brought together healthcare professionals, data experts, and volunteers from across the country. Together, participants packed 20,000 jambalaya meal bags, which were donated to Second Harvest Heartlands, a local organization dedicated to fighting hunger and improving access to nutritious food for families in need.
Supporting Social Determinants of Health
Access to healthy food is one of the most important social determinants of health. By joining AHIMA’s Impact Season event, Medovent Solutions contributed to a cause that aligns with our core values: advancing community well-being, supporting healthcare access, and improving health equity.
Our team was honored to work alongside fellow AHIMA members and volunteers who share our commitment to strengthening communities through compassion, collaboration, and purpose-driven action.
Giving Back to Build a Healthier Future
The event was a powerful reminder that improving health outcomes requires more than data and technology—it requires people coming together to make a difference. At Medovent Solutions, we are proud to serve healthcare organizations across the nation while also contributing to initiatives that directly impact the communities we support.
We are grateful to AHIMA and US Hunger for organizing such an impactful event and look forward to future opportunities to partner in service of better health for all.
