Schedule: Based on department needs, including rotating weekends
Floating: Not expected
Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:20

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital case management experience
Strong background in care coordination and discharge planning required
Active state RN license required by start date
First-time travelers welcome; clinical interview/screening required

Additional Information

Time-off requests limited during assignment consideration
Professional attire or scrubs permitted based on facility guidelines
