- Car Rentals up for grabs can be “reserved” by following instructions under Transportation.
- Please review the “What to Pack” section for additional items I am recommending.
- Everyone should have received an email from Amanda with flight information and a reminder to double check your seats. If you have any questions about travel, please get with Amanda.
- Please take a moment to review the “Logistics” section, which includes what is covered and how the resort will handle incidentals. You will NOT be asked for a credit card until check out.
- It is highly recommended to make reservations for dinners, especially if you are going offsite (Horn & Cantle).

- What’s Covered: Medovent covers room & tax for 4 nights, RT airfare, RT airport transportation, and 2 dinner receptions.
- Airport transportation is not covered outside of the 10/7 and 10/11 program dates.
- Flight upgrades, personal car rentals, baggage, and airport transportation to home airports are also not reimbursable.
- Incidentals: Incidentals, including porterage and gratuity, are your responsibility. $15 porterage roundtrip and $5/day housekeeping gratuity will be posted to your room to be paid upon checkout. Guests will not be asked to present a credit card for incidentals or authorizations, until check out.
- Excursions: Any activities you sign up for through Medovent will be deducted via Payroll Deduction. Post trip, you will receive a list of charges you are responsible for, and once you’ve reviewed and approved, Payroll will process the deduction.

– Cadillac Ride & Drive Experience – Reserve with Concierge for same-day bookings, first come first serve. 4-hour time limit, and Big Sky town limit. Escalades hold 7 people. -
NATIONAL CAR RENTALS:
– We have 4 rental cars for our group. After Medovent organized excursions are scheduled, any remining rentals will be available for you to check out. - ARRIVALS: Upon arrival at BZN, follow the signs to baggage claim.
- Mini Coach: Once you descend the escalator, you will see our coach staff (Snow Country) with a sign for Medovent Solutions PATH. Check in with them, and then head to the baggage carousel to get your luggage. Head back to Snow Country staff for assistance and direction to the coach.
- Car Rental: Once you descend the escalator, you will follow signs for baggage claim. From there, simply follow the signs for Rental Cars, which will lead you up an elevator to the second floor.
