Program

Medovent Solutions runs two separate text message programs: Event Updates and Marketing Messages. Each has its own checkbox on our forms, and you can join either one, both, or neither.

What you'll receive

Event Updates: text messages about conferences Medovent attends, such as booth reminders, raffle drawing times, and winner notifications.

Marketing Messages: news, webinar invitations, and updates about Medovent Solutions services.

You only receive the type of messages you opted in to.

Message frequency

Event Updates: message frequency varies by event.

Marketing Messages: up to 4 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving all texts from Medovent Solutions. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To stop only one type of message, contact us using the details below.

Consent

Agreeing to receive either type of text message is optional and is not required to enter any raffle or giveaway or to do business with Medovent Solutions.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.
