Job Summary
Medovent Solutions is looking to grow our sales team. We are looking for highly driven sales professionals for various divisions within our organization. (HIM, CDI, Case Management Utilization Management, Oncology Data Management, Trauma Registry Services). Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing available tools, systems, and databases to create prospecting plan (phone, email, and social media.
- Executing prospecting plan to identify sales leads and secure appointments.
- Adhering to internal documentation guidelines to track and maintain client leads, client communications, and client contacts in CRM
- Creating, developing and cultivating prospect relationships so when a need arises, they come to Medovent Solutions.
- Actively participating as essential member of the team, supporting efficiency and team goals
- Attending Medovent Solutions company functions, vendor conferences (National and State) and user meetings, and community networking events as requested
- Working on business operations projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis, and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested.
- Working to continually improve processes and workflows to improve client experience, generate efficiencies and identify areas of opportunity for staffing or consulting services.
- Continual education in all Medovent Solutions offerings to enable productive conversations with various forms of prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or staffing required.
- 2‐3+ years’ experience with cold‐calling or client prospecting preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in customer service or account management.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM technologies, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience utilizing a strong customer service attitude and skill set.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Able to work well under pressure and within time constraints.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, for conferences, client visits, etc.
- Must be accessible and available to perform work functions at any time, including nights and weekends, as needed.
